Your coach is going to help you to resolve a problem or improve your coping skills. Whether it is by learning to be more assertive, or providing you with the skills on how to manage your time better. You will be looking at how your thoughts influence you and your decision making process.
You will then be helped by your coach to carry out and practice the new learning. It is a collaborative way of working with your coach that helps you to achieve your goals.
Our approach is friendly and supportive. Overall we use CBT techniques including mindfulness in therapy and in Cognitive Coaching. Our team is also trained in EMDR.
